1.product description:

The refrigerator condenser and evaporator are important parts of the refrigerator refrigeration system. Their performance is directly related to the operating economy of the entire refrigerator. At the same time, the manufacturing cost of the condenser and evaporator is also related to the manufacturing cost of the entire refrigerator. Therefore, The development of efficient and economical evaporators and condensers is an important link necessary to improve refrigerator performance, reduce refrigerator manufacturing costs, and obtain market priority.

Refrigerator condenser/evaporator energy efficiency test laboratory is a set of experimental system for the research and development of refrigerator heat exchangers, which is used to test the performance indexes of heat exchangers and guide structural design optimization.

Features of refrigerant circulation system:

1.1 Heat exchanger performance test system

Including the refrigerator condenser/evaporator environment simulation room that can simulate the temperature and other environmental requirements of the refrigerator condenser and evaporator under the real working conditions (share an environment simulation room, test and control separately); the cooling supply with adjustable liquid and gas supply System in order to provide the required flow of refrigerant to the different refrigerator condensers and evaporators tested; the control and data acquisition system of the experimental test system. The main functions and technical parameters of the system include:

1) The experimental device can be used to characterize the absolute and relative performance indicators of the refrigerator condenser or evaporator;

2) The evaporator environment simulation indoor temperature is accurately controlled at ±0.5℃, and the experimental error is controlled at about 5%;

3) The environment simulation room has a large adjustable temperature range, the condenser environment simulation room is -10~40℃, the evaporator is -35~10℃, and can realize rapid pre-cooling or pre-heating. The temperature of the simulation room is about one hour (extreme The longest no more than three hours under weather conditions) can reach the experimental temperature from room temperature;

4) The refrigerant flow rate can be continuously and manually controlled and adjusted by the PID meter. Through this laboratory, the performance of the heat exchanger under different refrigerant flow rates can be tested in order to determine the best refrigerant flow rate of the heat exchanger;

5) The connection between the heat exchanger and the refrigerant supply unit and the experimental system adopts quick connectors, which can realize the function of quick replacement;

6) Capable of testing the performance test requirements of common refrigerator refrigerant evaporation or condensation heat exchangers;

1.2 Data acquisition and performance analysis software

The refrigerator heat exchanger performance test laboratory is equipped with a set of software that integrates data collection and heat exchanger data analysis functions. With the help of the main computer, the software can complete the data collection and heat exchanger performance analysis functions. According to the data obtained by the temperature sensor, flow sensor, humidity sensor, differential pressure sensor and pressure sensor, the corresponding liquid and gas enthalpy, liquid and gas specific heat and other thermal parameters and physical parameters of the refrigerant are obtained through a numerical calculation program to obtain heat transfer Performance indicators such as heat exchange power and heat exchange coefficient of the heat exchanger.
